Know where your food comes from? Buy Local, you are supporting your local neighbor, not imported food that was butchered a long time ago and had to be shipped to the USA from another country then go through customs to get to your grocery store for you to buy. Eat Fresh, your body will thank you.

This weekend proved to me that good ol’ fashion marketing always works the best. Several weeks ago I was shopping and asked the person behind the counter did he know of anyone that ate goat meat because I raise meat goats. He politely smiled and said I eat goat meat. I asked could I leave him my business card, which he gladly took.
Because of that interaction of being willing to tell people about my business I now have new customers that stopped by the farm this weekend and saw the animals.
You are what you eat, so eat fresh and as natural as possible. Have a great day. Mary
