Eat Fresh Eat Local

Here is yet another reason why you should be eating local as much as possible.  To think that your meat was repacked after the initial packaging in the meat factory is insane.  When you purchase local it comes directly from the butcher to your freezer.  You know the farmer that raised the meat, the butcher was it was sent and how it is packaged.

As a child my Grandfather went to the Farmer’s Market every Saturday morning for fresh eggs, Farmer’s Markets are not new they are just becoming more popular now then before.  Utilize them and keep your local economy strong.
