Cattle not as hard on the environment as some would like you to believe

I am a firm believer that you have to do your homework and research what is best for you.  Just don’t read one article and think that is the complete and only truth out there.  There are a lot of variables that go into research and you should look at more than one point of view before making an informed decision.  It is so easy to play the blame game, but let’s face it we create our own pollution.  I remember when I was a kid watching a commercial of an Indian riding his horse to the edge of the mountain and looking out onto the prairie and all he saw was trash everywhere and he had a tear in his eye.  We are the stewards of Mother Earth, don’t blame one source for most of the problem.  Human have flagilance also does that mean we are polluting, lets get real and know that there are more than one source for pollution and shouldn’t use that as an excuse not to eat meat.  Enjoy this article
