Success at KILE 2011.  A great way to end our show season.  Our Hereford steer held his own against all those black steers this weekend at the Keystone International Livestock Expo Junior Steer show.  He won Reserve Champion Middle Weight Steer.  It sure was nice to have a real judge and get real results for a very fine Hereford.

We will have more beef available the last of October, if you are looking for a 1/4 or 1/2 beef please place your order soon as we are almost sold out for the fall season.

Calvert County Fair 2011 brought a lot of success for the farm as well.  Edward won Grand Champion Showman and Jacob’s goat May won Best in Show Meat Doe.  Jacob is very proud of May as she is his bred and owned doe by his Buck and Doe.

We look forward to much success in the ring with our 2012 cattle and goats.  Remember your body deserves to eat fresh, you are what you eat.
