I personally have not heard Prince Charles speak before nor am I a follower.  This speech found its way to my inbox and I am glad it did.  What Prince Charles has to say is so important to small farmers that work to raise the crops and livestock as natural as possible.  We can make a change, one step at a time, person by person.  It starts with each one of us.  Eat local and Eat Fresh.
