This is the year of eating goat meat?

Chef Stephanie Izard just might be the poster girl of the emergence of goat on Chicago restaurant menus. After all, Izard’s last name is the same as that of a mountain goat found in the Pyrenees. More to the point, her new restaurant, set to open this spring at 809 W. Randolph St., will be called Girl and the Goat.
