Every Sunday I jump out of bed to go to my local farmers market where my first stop there is Mary’s booth. We discovered Prosperity Acres at the Anne Arundel County Farmers’ Market. The quality of the products is amazing. We love getting to know our farmers and how the food is raised, but we also want it to taste good. Prosperity Acres does not disappoint at all. The beef (all cuts) is delicious and Mary gives great tips on how to prepare the meat. We also love the goat meat. Everything is so fresh and tender. Mary and her family are wonderful and knowledgeable people who work really hard to bring the most delicious products to the market.
