I enjoy this yummy glazed meat recipe when I want to serve something warm and comforting at dinner time.  It is easy to make.

• 1 medium quartered onion
• 2 cloves garlic, halved
• 10 whole cloves
• 1/2 c. water
• 1 ounce apple jam, we recommend Fructose and Spice of
  Annapolis, Maryland https://www.facebook.com/FructoseAndSpice/
  
• ¹⁄₃ cup dry white wine
• 3 tbs Dijon mustard or 3 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
• 3 tbs green onions, minced w/tops
• 1 ¹⁄₂ tsp salt
• ³⁄₄ tsp cracked black peppercorns
• ³⁄₄ tsp curry powder

  I highly recommend this glazed meat recipe with brisket or a slow-cooked roast such as a sirloin tip roast
