Who doesn’t love Eggnog? Eggnog is one of my favorite drinks. I enjoy making it from scratch. It is so easy with this recipe. Give it a try and let me know what you think.
- 5 cups goat milk (or combination of goat and cream to yield thicker, creamier eggnog)
- 12 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- dash of nutmeg for each glass
Blend together and chill. No cooking necessary. Sprinkle nutmeg in glass and enjoy.
